Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Low /High Season:
For the confirmation of the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount upon making the booking and the other 50% 30 days before the arrival date.
All care must be taken by the guest to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct.
Any incidental or additional charges incurred during the guest’s stay will require payment on departure.

Cancellation Policy
Low & High Season
For Cancellation received greater than 90 days prior to the date of arrival then a full refund will be made.
For Cancellation received 90-46 days prior to the date of arrival then a full refund will be made.
For Cancellations, 45-30 days in advance prior to arrival, a 50% refund will be given.
Cancellations 29 days or less prior to arrival – no refund will be given.
NO refunds for unused rooms, meals, tours, transfers, or any other services pre-booked.
No Shows
Guests who do not show for their confirmed reservation will incur a 100% no-show fee equivalent to the total value of the reservation.
Rates
Rates may increase without notice due to any changes or imposition of government charges, taxes, or levies. Rates as advertised are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at Villa Massis’s discretion.
Cancellation Due To Covid-19
Villa Massis will be updating our cancellation policy regularly to reflect reality and breaking news around travel restrictions and new developments related to the COVID-19 virus – and to provide our Valued Guests with peace of mind and flexibility. Your ongoing support is important to us.
Guests who have booked non-refundable, pre-paid promotional offers on the website will have an opportunity to re-book and stay within 3 months of their original arrival date if travel restrictions are implemented that prevent travel.
Guests who booked via online travel agents, or any other third-party travel professional, are requested to contact their agent for further information on their respective policies. Villa Massis will not be held liable for online travel agent cancellations.
